We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in US—Charlotte, North Carolina, and Los Angeles, California, in Canada—Toronto, Ontario, and at our Europe locations in Riga, Latvia, and Barcelona, Spain will be shipped depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to various countries around the world. We provide free shipping for orders with a minimum spend of $60 shipped to US or $135 shipped WORLDWIDE. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to especially during the COVID-19 era. You may try adding to cart an item and attempt to checkout to see if your country is included on the selection where we can deliver to. If you happen to be located in one of the countries that we would be unable to ship to, we will definitely contact you. But happy to say we ship WORLDWIDE!

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

Sometimes it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will SOMETIMES be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. This is a rare situation but sometimes it really happens that one product is ready to ship out while the other product temporarily gets out of stock. But we do our best to ship your orders altogether.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours from the time it was submitted. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled..

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

• You receive the wrong item
• You do not want the product you have received (Note: The item/s must be returned 5 days from the delivery date at your expense. For full credit of the advertised price of the item purchased, minus shipping and handling charges, your returns must be unused/unworn/unwashed in the same condition as received. No credit or refund will be issued if returns are received in a damaged and not saleable condition. The invoice must be included in the return package. Once again, a return shipping label is NOT provided by UZOTRENDS. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping return & we do not refund our shipping cost to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping). No returns for orders that used a coupon code OR purchased on sale/promo (only exchanges). There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items. You may contact us by sending an email to support@uzotrends.com to confirm the approval for return & refund. Keep in mind that any items returned to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated instead. Lastly, for EXCHANGES, same rules & notes under Refund policy apply.

We do not issue the refund if:

• The item was purchased on promo/sale OR with coupon code. We only refund items purchased on a regular price.
• The item has been received and your refund request is done after 5 days of the delivery date
• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of uzotrends.com

If you are approved for a refund, then we will notify you by email and your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15-20 business days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different product/size/model/design, you must contact us within 6 hours as mentioned above, and we will guide you through the steps. Otherwise, the order will push through.

If you already have received the item and wanted to exchange with a different product, please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Same rules & notes under Refund policy apply on Exchanges.
