Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 hours from the time it was submitted. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled..

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (Note: The item/s must be returned 5 days from the delivery date at your expense. For full credit of the advertised price of the item purchased, minus shipping and handling charges, your returns must be unused/unworn/unwashed in the same condition as received. No credit or refund will be issued if returns are received in a damaged and not saleable condition. The invoice must be included in the return package. Once again, a return shipping label is NOT provided by UZOTRENDS. You are responsible for the cost of the shipping return & we do not refund our shipping cost to you as we still paid shipping to send out (even if it was free shipping). No refund for orders that used a coupon code OR purchased on sale/promo (only exchanges). *There is a 20% restocking fee for orders over $100 or orders with more than 5 items. You may contact us by sending an email to support@uzotrends.com to confirm the approval for return & refund. Keep in mind that any items returned to us without our approval first will not be accepted and will be donated instead. Lastly, for EXCHANGES, same rules & notes under this Refund policy apply.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • The item was purchased on promo/sale OR with coupon code. We only refund items purchased on a regular price.
  • The item has been received and your refund request is done after 5 days of the delivery date
  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control ofย uzotrends.com

If you are approved for a refund, then we will notify you by email and your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15-20 business days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different product/size/model/design, you must contact us within 6 hours as mentioned above, and we will guide you through the steps. Otherwise, the order will push through.

If you already have received the item and wanted to exchange with a different product, please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Same rules & notes under Refund policy apply on Exchanges.
